When I hear the word 'anime', the first thing that pops up in my mind is not "cartoon made in Japan" but the specific artstyle that I associate with something being an anime. Put in another way, there are plenty of western cartoons that you watch and if you don't know it's a western cartoon you'll easily call it an anime. I wouldn't stick to the original definition of anime so rigorously.

That said, I will still call stuff like Crayon shin-chan an anime despite its artstyle. So I guess my definition for anime is "every cartoon that was made in Japan, plus whatever looks like an anime".

Its more like, if you live in Japan, then its anime. Including any cartoon. That is why in JP site that show a cartoon, would called it as American Anime.
To call it an anime or cartoon, its depend on the place you watch it. Its not the place they made in. Why did people like you spreading a wrong info everytime and refusing to believe the right one. Even though the creator of anime itself, Japanese disagree with your made up "definition".

Buggy is not exactly flying though, his leg still need to stay in the ground. So unlike Luffy which having a full-body mobility, Buggy only allowed part-body mobility.

Normal Paramecia awaken by being able to affect their surroundings, but not people or living things, right?

Buggy's awakening is just Law's fruit basic Room ability to cut stuff, without being able to do it to people.

Sure, you can do something like taking away the blade of every sword and using it to attack , but when Koby of all people is a direct counter to that and Haki-infused swords are probably immune to it idk how useful it might be.
